Job Description

To lead & obtain all necessary information from the site during project bidding stage in order to understand the project complexity and technical requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage the overall project requirements and execution
• Ensure fulfillment of client’s project requirements
• Identify the resources needed for the project
• Develop detailed project plan and work progress
• Visit Project Site during Bidding and after for smooth execution of planned activities
• Manage the resources on site proficiently
• Co-ordinate and lead project progress and attend review meetings
• Lead projects close out activities
• Manage the relationship with the client and project end-users
• Focal point of communication with clients
• Ensure that the management and site team are intact and aligned on operational needs
• Strict monitoring of commitments with customers on project progress and efficient management of on-site manpower to early completion of project activities
• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that is often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances

Desired Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience
• Project experience preferred
