Job Description

Support the HR Supervisor in performing Onboarding and HR operations activities as per business requirements and company goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support in arranging new joiner orientation
  • Assist in conducting new joiner orientation for respective entities
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts as per Saudi labor law
  • Execute the onboarding process in a timely manner
  • Assist in creating a new joiner’s file
  • Process employee’s leave requests and update their information
  • Assist in the addition and removal of employees in the GOSI system
  • Assist in the registration of work-related injuries in GOSI
  • Support in payroll processes as and when needed
  • Process employees’ loans and advance requests
  • Issue employee letters and salary certificates
  • Assist in the calculation and settling of the End of Service Benefits (ESB)
  • Participate in employee engagement and cultural activities
  • Support in coordinating and executing HR events
  • Process employee’s attendance and overtime
  • Update all employees’ data in the database
  • Archive all employees’ documents in their personal files and ensure to maintain them properly and safely
  • Archive employee information and documents electronically
  • Process the issuance and renewal of licenses, Iqamas, and labor cards
  • Issue and renew all kinds of Visas e.g. new Visas, exit/re-entry visas, visit Visas, etc.
  • Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Logistics and Supply chain experience preferred
