Responsibilities & Duties

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
• Compliance with all Company policies is required, including adherence to Company ISO 9001 Standard and compliance with company Affirmative Action and Company Safety procedures
• Incorporate the Standards of Excellence as outlined by TME (Pride, Desire, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, and Follow-through) into daily activities in order to create a Total Quality environment
• Be capable of reading and drafting with engineering drawings & technical data sheets
• Build up production manuals and technical criteria
• Implement the service before sales
• Design the products and release all the drawings & technical data sheets for the customized orders
• Execute technical supports in the production lines
• Provide the required service and technical service after sales
• Develop and improve the technology of design
• Research and develop the materials for productions
• Deliver and apply new technology to the products
• Sketch and draft the drawings to take the required data at site during field visit
• Conduct the measurement and analyses the collected data to provide solution for troubleshooting
• Estimate design / manufacturing cost for sales quotations
• Provide the training / monitoring materials for the seminars or training courses
• Communicate with parent companies (i.e. HMP/TWMC) to update technical data sheets and technical plans
• Assist other essential/required supports
• Perform other job related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
• Communicate in the right way, good relations with the customers & vendors often lead to good business. Whereas bad communication could lead to loss of business with the customer / vendor.

Desired Experience:

• 2 years of experience
• Manufacturing of motor products experience is preferred
